Reservation request terms

Sending a reservation request does not create a confirmed booking by itself. Each request is reviewed manually and only becomes binding once the guest pays the 30% deposit and receives a direct booking confirmation.

Pricing shown on the site is indicative and can be refined based on seasonality, cleaning arrangements, or special stay details before final confirmation.

Dates remain open until the deposit is received. The remaining 70% balance is due one month before arrival unless a different written agreement is shared during the confirmation process.
